Although you will not need to be in a management position to complete this programme, you will need to show people management skills through coaching or mentoring. -

Careers/Progression
Senior Administrator
As a senior administrator you will coordinate duties within the office. In addition, you will manage stakeholder engagement, create and distribute documents to internal staff and will mentor new staff.
Team Leader
As a team leader you will manage a small team of
staff to meet business requirements. In addition, you will ensure the training
and development of staff and improvement of processes. You will also oversee the
quality of administration provision.Personal Assistant (PA)
As a PA you will support senior managers and
executives with daily clerical tasks. In addition, you will organise meetings,
schedule travel and accommodation and will provide statistical and budget
