Units/Modules
Supported Internships are structured work based study programmes set in an employer’s work place. An internship equips students with the skills they need for work through work; through learning in the work place. They also include continuing English and maths study and the chance to gain qualifications where appropriate.
Supported Internships are designed for students aged 18 and over and last for one year.

Careers/Progression
It is hoped that at the end of the year as a Supported Intern, the employer you have worked with may offer you paid employment. However, this is not guaranteed, but you will have built up work experience and valuable skills to add to your C.V. Many of our Supported Internship students have gone on to successful, paid employment.
