Introduction to Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Start date: Tuesday 28 Sept, 4.30 – 6.30 pm
Duration: 8 weeks
Venue: Online (remote teaching, learn at home)
This course is for anyone looking to build new skills in search engine optimisation (SEO) and improve their own digital promotion and skill set. It’s also ideal for those considering a career in the digital sector, developing digital skills in their current role, and/or progression within their existing organisation.
Overview of training
This course is certificated and delivers the skills required for SEO in digital professions. It’s also useful for those considering a career in digital promotion – a fast-growing field where skilled professionals are in high demand.
Students will learn the crucial tools and techniques to attract customers to a business and convert searches into sales.
Progression routes: what careers could this open up?
Upon completion, individuals may be able to progress within their current role or move into a digital promotion or SEO role – possibly leading to other opportunities in the digital marketing sector.
How will I learn?
The course is fully interactive, with tutor-led online groups and 1:1 sessions to support students individually. Studies will take place every Tuesday and Wednesday between 4.30pm and 6.30pm, from 28 Sept to 17 Nov 2021.
