The varied duties will include; answering the telephone, scanning/filing/shredding documents. Training will be provided which will lead to opening electronic data files, and the input of data. General administration tasks, including opening, scanning, and sending of post.
Hourly rate: £ 3.50
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
Total Weekly Working Hours: 35
Working Days: Monday – Friday
GCSE grades C or above in Maths and English AS levels (or equivalent).
Acceptance is subject to college initial assessment, and interview.
You will need to be reliable and punctual and have a smart appearance.

You should be able demonstrate good communication both verbal and written and be conscientious in the approach to your work and your development. You should be able to work equally as well within team, as on an individual basis and have good IT skills – Excel / Word
