Higher Performing Workplaces is managed by the West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges and funded by the European Social Fund (ESF)
These courses have been developed to nurture and enhance workforce skills. Yorkshire Centre for Training and Development is delivering CMI Management and Leadership, and CIPD Human Resources accredited qualifications and units at Levels 3 and 5. Also the globally renowned NEBOSH and IOSH accredited qualifications in Health & Safety.
Funding
Higher Performing Workplaces is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and managed by the West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges. This means that eligible businesses can receive 40% ESF funding towards the cost of any HPW training.
