Keighley A levels Open Event

A levels at Keighley College involves blending high-quality academic education with the independent and dynamic environment of a college. We encourage exceptional results and are committed to providing students with everything they need to succeed and progress to higher education.

A levels give you the opportunity to develop a detailed knowledge of academia, gain well-respected qualifications and progress to specialised degree courses at a range of universities, including Keighley College’s University Centre. Our courses are regularly updated in-line with industry demands, ensuring that you acquire the specialist academic knowledge needed to achieve your aspirations.

The journey to success can be challenging, that’s why we take the time to make sure that your wellbeing is considered. We offer extensive support to all our students, including one-to-one sessions with dedicated academic coaches, drop-in revision sessions, enrichment activities, financial assistance, and employment opportunities.

Course Options:

 

Two-year Business/Law Pathway Two-year Social Science Pathway
This pathway includes: This pathway includes:
Business A level Sociology A level
Law A level Psychology A level
Vocational component consisting of IT BTEC Introductory Diploma Level 3. Vocational component consisting of Health and Social Care NCFE Applied General Certificate Level 3.

 

Alternatively, a three-year pathway is available which includes GCSEs to then lead on to one of the above pathways in years 2 and 3. Students who choose the three-year pathway will study GCSE English, GCSE Maths, GCSE Psychology, GCSE Business and GCSE Citizenship.
