Keighley College offers welder training from basic start up to advanced level. We have gone through a strict audit for our services to be accredited by The Welding Institute (TWI) to deliver coded welder qualifications. Our tutors are highly experienced and also trained and certificated by TWI. TWI is a global leader in welding technology, providing research and consultancy to its members. Respected for its expertise, professionalism, impartiality and confidentiality, TWI works with the most influential companies worldwide across all industry sectors. The fact that we are accredited to test means that we do not have to book for external assessors and makes booking with us simple.
Following an initial competence assessment, the training is designed to suit the needs of your staff and the requirements of your organisation. This ensures that every member of your team develops the skills to they require to carry out welding tasks competently and to the required standard. Training and testing takes place at our dedicated 15 bay welding facility where each delegate is allocated his/her own work bay, fully equipped with the latest welding equipment.
Keighley College can offer training and testing in MMA, MAGs and TAG processes and we offer training and certification in BS 4872, BS EN 287, ASME IX and ISO 9606. We can Also offer CSWIP 3.0 Welder Inspector Training and testing.
