This introduction course is 3 weeks long and can be a pre-requisite to the 10 week CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning. It is a qualification that can enable people to work in schools as a teaching assistant.

The course gives you a basic understanding of how schools operate, safeguarding procedures in schools and how to best support children in their learning. -

Adults learners. Anyone with an interest in working with children and young people in an educational setting. -
Entry Requirements
A reasonable level of written English to be assessed at interview. -

Your understanding will be assessed through three assignments, one for each unit, which will be done in class. -
