Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service (Level 2)
The apprentice will gain both technical knowledge and real practical experience, along with functional and personal skills. These are acquired through a mix of learning in the workplace, formal off-the-job training and academic study at college. Apprentices will be able to contribute to improved customer service delivery and increased customer satisfaction in the public sectors and attract new customers to the business. They will also improve customer loyalty and remain competitive and profitable in the private sector. Other roles will include communicating effectively with customers either face to face or by telephone and promoting their products and services to a wider audience.

– Level 1 Functional Skill in English

Typically job roles include; Customer Service Assistant, Representative or Agent.
Preferably Maths and English grades A*- C or Level 1 Functional Skills. A good level of IT skills.
The course is delivered on a day release basis at Keighley College.
