Advanced Apprenticeship Team Leader/Supervisor (Level 3)
The apprentice will work towards a first line management role, with responsibilities in operations, managing teams and helping to meet departmental/store targets. Themes within this apprenticeship include project management, decision making, organisational performance and personal excellence.
Key responsibilities are likely to include supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships internally and externally.

Knowledge, skills and behaviours will be covered throughout the apprenticeship.
The course will cover interpersonal excellence, managing people and developing relationships, organisational performance, personal effectiveness and delivering results.
Functional Skills (if required):
– Level 2 Functional Skills Mathematics
– Level 2 Functional Skills English
Roles/Occupations may include: Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson, and Shift Manager.
Maths and English grades A* – C or Level 2 Functional Skills.
On a day release basis at Keighley College alongside full time employment.
