Business Administration Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3)

The aim of this Apprenticeship framework is to provide employers in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors with a Business Administration workforce who have the skills, knowledge and competencies to support business systems, processes and services and who can contribute to making businesses more efficient and productive. Administrators need a broad range of skills to work efficiently and to help increase business productivity. Skills shortages identified by organisations include a lack of office and administration skills, customer-handling skills, technical and practical skills, oral communication skills and IT skills, all of which are covered within the Business Administration Apprenticeship framework.
