We have a remarkable history in mixing, manufacturing and packing all from our head office in Skipton. Principle Healthcare Ltd has continued to succeed using the latest technology to develop high quality products.

This is a key role within the company and as part of the Operations Team; the Engineering Operations apprentice will initially be involved in learning the principles of engineering and running, maintaining and operating the production of products. Areas to be covered include:
• Safe operation /preparation of machinery
• Setup of machinery for manufacture
• Maintain work station to required BRC standards
• Dispense and Blend powder recipes
• Maintaining quality standards
• General housekeeping
• Picking of Raw Materials
• Unloading checking goods into warehouse
• Maintaining computer data bases
• Machinery maintenance

Number of Positions Available :3
Working Week :Initially 8:00am to 4:30pm, although shift work will become part of the working pattern eventually.
Salary :£173.00 Per Week

GCSE grades C/4 or above in Maths and English

Acceptance is subject to college initial assessment, and interview

Skills Required:

Interested in the operations of machinery, target driven, proactive and being able to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team

Future Prospects :
The qualification will give you the ability to proceed to be a production operative or potentially to progress to a Line Leader or Team Leader.
