This is a fantastic immersive space-themed STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) learning centre at Keighley College, where you can explore the stars in our planetarium, play a vital role in a team working in our mission control, or maybe even travel to our space station. The centre delivers exciting and engaging events in a unique environment for all ages, from Key Stage 1 right through to adults, working with schools and businesses.
We offer primary and secondary school visits and are able to accommodate up to 35 students for half or full day sessions. Our learning package includes space science, the planets, space travel, robotics, electronics and a space walk! Sessions can be tailored to the National Curriculum. We also support the Formula 1 in Schools Programme.
For business we offer high impact Team Building sessions. The STAR Centre environment breaks down barriers and offers the opportunity to tackle issues such as communication, problem solving and time and task management in a fun and memorable way that will improve team morale, and increase cohesion.
